Within the work world, it is sometimes hard to train people on new technologies to let alone get them to use it willingly. Workers have a hard time understanding why new technology benefits them when they have already learned one way to do things.

Is it important to have to progress technology when people get lost in the fold? Is there a way people have been introducing new technology easily? Is there a way of understanding why people have a hard time understanding technology?
